Processing Refunds

We aim to process your refund within 24-72 hours of us receiving it where possible. We’ll also send you an email as soon as we have done so. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your merch, so we will gladly exchange or refund your item(s) if you change your mind. In order for us to do so, we just need:

  • Item(s) unworn and in resalable condition.

  • Item(s) unwashed/unaltered.

  • Include proof of purchase, quoting your original order number (for example order #01234).

  • Lastly, we just ask that the items are returned and received within 30 days of your original order date.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back. Please consider a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We’ll happily exchange your item(s) pending availability of stock and as long as the value of the new item is the same or less value. We’ll even cover the cost to send the exchanged item back to you!

Simply send your order via Australia Post to:

Please include your original order number (for example order #01234) so we know which order to refund, and/or details of exchange.
